Radiator: The radiator uses aluminium, which is the heat exchanger. It takes heat from the hot coolant and expels air from outside, reducing the engine’s temperature.

Timing Head/Cover Gasket

This is a type of plastic tank that stores extra coolant in order to ensure that the radiator has the right amount of coolant at all times.

Comparison of Air-Cooled and Liquid-Cooled Engine Systems
Air cooling systems dissipate heat through air circulation, with a simple structure and lower cost, without the need for radiators, coolant, or pump systems. They are commonly used in small vehicles or situations where simplicity is prioritized. However, their efficiency is lower in high-temperature and high-load conditions, limiting engine power output.
In contrast, liquid cooling systems absorb engine heat through coolant and transfer it to the radiator for dissipation, offering more efficient heat transfer capabilities. Additionally, liquid cooling allows for more compact engine designs, with cooling passages integrated into the engine block, saving space and improving operational efficiency.

Check Coolant Levels: Look often. Refill when needed. Always use the right mix.
Inspect Hoses: Cracks. Leaks. Loose clamps. Even small problems can stop the flow.
Flush the System: Replace the coolant every 30,000–50,000 km. No buildup. No failures.
